HOW IS IT MADE?
Every piece is print-on-demand and made to order through our production partner, Printify. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Your order is printed after you buy it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Production takes 2–7 business days. Standard US shipping adds about 3–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email when it ships.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
US addresses only, for now. Standard US shipping is a flat $8.00 per order, shown at checkout. See the shipping policy.
WHAT DOES 'LIMITED. NEVER RESTOCKED.' MEAN?
Each monthly or yearly drop is sold for a limited window. When it closes, it's archived and never printed again. Custom grids are available any time.
CAN I MAKE MY OWN GRID?
Yes. Build it yourself in the designer, or request one on the Custom page and we'll send a proof within 48 hours.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Because each item is made for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Custom-dated and personalized items are final sale. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost. WRONG ADDRESS?
Contact us as soon as possible (Contact: support@frameofref.com). Once an order is in production, we can't change it. Packages returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron the print.
