These terms apply when you use frameofref.com or buy from FRAME OF REFERENCE, which is operated by Foster Media LLC. By placing an order, you agree to them.
"ORDERS + PAYMENT"
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe at checkout. An order is accepted once payment succeeds. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
"MADE TO ORDER"
Products are printed on demand and fulfilled by our production partner, Printify. Colors and placement may vary slightly from on-screen previews. Shipping is covered by our shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our returns policy. Custom-dated and personalized items are final sale except as described there.
"LIMITED DROPS"
Monthly and yearly drops are sold for a limited window and are not restocked. Availability isn't guaranteed until checkout is complete.
"CUSTOM DESIGNS"
When you create a custom design or send a custom request, you confirm that any text you add is yours to use and isn't unlawful, hateful or infringing. We may refuse any design. You keep any rights in your own text; you allow us to use it to make your order.
"OUR CONTENT"
The FRAME OF REFERENCE™ name, logo, icon grids and artwork belong to Foster Media LLC. Buying a product doesn't transfer those rights. Some artwork is made with AI tools and curated by us.
"LIABILITY"
The site and products are provided as described, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
"GOVERNING LAW"
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
"CHANGES"
We may update these terms. The version posted here when you order applies to that order.
