FRAME OF REFERENCE is operated by Foster Media LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use frameofref.com or buy from us, and how it's used.
"WHAT WE COLLECT"
When you order: your name, email, shipping address, phone number and what you bought. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.
When you design or request a custom piece: the dates, icons and text you choose, and, for custom requests, the email and details you send us.
When you browse: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and device, and the pages you visit. Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
"WHO WE SHARE IT WITH"
We share information only with the services that run the shop:
- Stripe processes payments and may send your receipt.
- Printify and its print providers receive your name, shipping address, phone and order details so they can make and ship your order.
- Vercel hosts the site, keeps standard server logs and stores custom designs and custom requests.
- TikTok: we use the TikTok Pixel to measure our ads. It records events such as page views, products viewed, add to cart, checkout started and purchases, along with device and browser data, and may use cookies.
We don't sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
"HOW WE USE IT"
To make, ship and support your order; to answer your requests; to prevent fraud; to keep records we're required to keep; and to measure and improve our site and ads.
"YOUR CHOICES"
You can block or clear cookies in your browser and manage ad personalization in your TikTok settings. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information; we'll do so unless we must keep it, for example for tax or order records.
"KEEPING IT"
We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting and legal requirements.
"CHILDREN"
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
"CHANGES"
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date above.
